How do I proceed if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you do not receive the item you originally ordered, or it defective, PrivateSportShop will send you a prepaid label by email that will allow you to return the item concerned at our expense. Click "Contact us" and select "Return", alternatively call Customer Service on 04.99.77.33.61. please have the order number to hand and advise the agent of the issue:
